Every part of this saw speaks about quality and performance. From the heavy cast iron trunnions, 3 HP motor and triple belt drive to the massive cast iron table and wings, this table saw is built to last long. The Camlock T-fence, riving knife, heavy cast handwheels, magnetic switch, T-slot miter gauge with fence extension are appreciable features along with the flip stop and 4-inch dust collection port. A riving knife follows the up and down and tilt movement of the blade. Features a 29-1/2-inches rip capacity.
The clear polycarbonate guard allows the operator to see the blade cut the workpiece during operation. This guard is designed to lift as the workpiece is pushed into the blade and remain in contact with the workpiece throughout the entire cut.
This table saw features a miter fence with flip stop. This miter fence provides greater workpiece support than the miter gauge alone and is ideal for longer workpieces. The flip stop comes in handy when making multiple cuts of the same width. It can be pivoted (flipped) out of the way to allow longer workpieces to be cut and pivoted back down to make additional cuts at your desired cutting width.
Blade Tilt – This saw allows the operator to tilt the blade to the left anywhere between 0 and 45-degrees. Great for cutting bevels, compound miters or chamfers. Easily adjust your cutting angle by loosening the blade tilt lock and turning the blade tilt handwheel to position the blade at the desired angle.
Riving Knife – The riving knife works in the same manner as the spreader on the blade guard assembly. It is a metal plate that prevents the newly-cut workpiece from pinching the backside of the blade and causing kickback.
